Optic on Endowment Tracer Pack

Everytime I add attachments to the Seaworthy Strength AMES 85 blueprint they dont load in-game. I can see them equipped in gunsmith and the shooting range though. For some reason it's only this blueprint that does this. Anyone know if this is intentional or a bug?
