Unpopular opinion: Sliding in this game is out of control and much more balanced in MW3.

Not sure if anyone else agrees. I know the black ops community is full of movement gods that love shit like this, but I think both the speed and duration of the slide in this game is beyond ridiculous.

MW3 was fast but you couldn't cheese it like you can on this game. It seems like the diving was tame enough that it hasn't become a problem, but I think they went overboard with the slide.

Like, I'm ashamed to admit I enjoy stakeout 24/7 for camo grinding, even if it is brain rot. But if I'm up against a team of booty sliders then it's just unbearable in such close quarters situations.

And I know. I do it myself. I slide sideways and backwards in gunfights and my enemy is bamboozled. Doesn't feel good tho. Feels cheap.

That's my opinion anyway. I swear I read that treyarch plan to reduce the initial slide speed a touch so clearly they agree too.
