New claims to be added to livelys suit?

I do remember from the Daily Dose of Donna podcast that she despite being team Justin was nervous as more info about his behavior on set was going to come to light.

Now here’s where my doubt starts. If these were so damning, why not lead with this in your initial lawsuit? I mentioned on a comment how it made sense for justin to amend his suit because a lot of it detailed additional documents and evidence that def took time to recover and analyze.

In Blake’s lawsuit she details a text from Tag Pr asking the team about how many HR claims they were and what they were. Not surprisingly I don’t think they ever include a response detailed. From my knowledge there was an ageism HR complaint and that although lively made the team aware of her list of demands, she never officially submitted it through HR with wayfarer or Sony.

Now, I think this “third complaint” is a reference to a story about an extra who Justin had to flirt with for the party scene and was in character. I think he called her pants sexy and it made her uncomfortable. He apologized and it wasn’t filed through HR.

There is another mention about Jamey Heath and an apartment, but could that have just been Blake referring to the meetings at her penthouse? I’m very wary of these claims as I think it’s very obvious based on what’s released so far that she deliberately lacks context and accuracy when describing events in her suit in order to paint a picture. I also do not trust a lot of her “Witnesses” because of the fact it sounds like they are her employees (trainer, driver, nanny etc). What are your thoughts?
