Weapons Available before any boss kills

Does anyone know, off hand, what weapons are available without killing a single boss? I know the 3 starting weapons + firearms, the torch, saw spear, and you can get the cannon by glitching through the gate and going to the Forbidden Woods. Are there any others available through glitches (without save editing)?
