Weird glitch with a coffin in Enoch's Grove on Eden 6

I'm not sure if anyone else has experienced this but I found this coffin in Enoch's Grove that either insta-kills me or just does a ton of damage, as well as insta-killing my skag. Even though it's not shown in the video, sometimes when my skag gets near it, for like a millisecond something red and spiky comes out of the ground and kills me too.
