Boston Planned Parenthood protests?

I'm going to an appointment at the Boston Planned Parenthood location tomorrow. Does anyone know if there have been protestors at it lately? There never have been any the last times I went, but with the political atmosphere lately, I'm worried the crazies might have gotten bolder.
