Will I Ever Sleep Without a Bra Again?

FTM with a newborn - I am currently breast feeding and pumping. My boobs hurt and am leaking every 2 hours (baby is feeding every 2-4 hours all day and night) and I was recommended to pump after each feed to build up my supply and get him to full breast feeding. (We had latch issues).

Anyways - without a bra, I’m soaking through my shirt while I sleep every 1-2 hours and I hate wearing a bra in general but esp to bed. Is this just my life now?

I can’t help but think when he finally sleeps longer than 2-3 hours, I’ll still have to wake up to express or pump because they’re so full and I’ll never get a fuller sleep again for myself. Ugh this sucks!
