Paano mag pa verify sa OLJ.ph Please help! Need new Client

Hi guys ask ko lang I am an old OLJ member I found a client there 2016 pa and I have the same client until last month when the company shut down. I have done all the verifications and tests before. Pero they asked to resubmit and I did and 2 weeks na kame ng partner ko nagsubmit ng requirements but still hindi pa den verified :(
