Finally landed a long term job!

mga ate koooo!!! after 1 month of spamming applications at samu't saring rejections from agencies, clients, even sa freelancing sites, i'm just so happy to share na FINALLY nahire na akoo!!! at ang plot twist ay hindi lang isa kundi 2 jobs pa huhuhu (1 full time and 1 part time na work). sharing nalang din yung mga natutunan ko during the job application process para sa mga aspiring remote workers:

RESUME: - wag kayo maglagay ng picture, usually kasi nagccreate daw to ng bias (natutunan ko sa HR na ininterview ako lol may libreng resume roast hahahahaha) - check nyo yung Harvard format na resume, may mga keywords doon na pwedeng gamitin sa description ng work experiences nyo - sa work experiences part, don't just dictate what you did sa trabaho mo. instead, sabihin mo kung anong naging impact mo sa work at sa kumpanya wink mas gusto nila na results-based hehehe

PORTFOLIO: - i-curate nyo yung portfolio nyo, ilagay nyo yung best works nyo kasi palakasan talaga ng portfolio ngayon!! - for graphic design niche, use mockups para i-present ang works!!! maraming free templates online if di mo keri gumawa

INTERVIEW: - try nyo mag prompt sa chatgpt ng "prepare interview questions. i'm applying as [position] at [company]. check (company website). write the possible questions and answers that might be asked during the interview" - reviewhin nyo yung company na inapplyan before sumabak sa interview hehehe
