First time building pc gpu suggestions

So I have never built a pc before and I am on a pc builder site seeing what I want but I am just not sure about the gpu. I’m looking to make a good middle of the road pc, to play games at 1080 to 1440 with a 60ish fps, and I am mostly playing games like Minecraft and baldurs gate. I don’t really care about having the max graphics settings and I am looking to get a AMD Ryzen 7 5800x and a MSI Tomahawk B550 motherboard. Thanks!
