After not struggling with bots and scalpers for a 5090, I decided to buy a used gpu and i found a 4090 today for 1150$. What are your experiences with buying used gpu's?

So I found a 4090 today for about 1150$. An msi gaming x trio. Comes with proof of purchase. I paid with PayPal and am hoping I'm not gonna need to resort to buyer protection. In the ad there's was a screenshot of furmark showing that it's working fine but I'm just hoping no bad surprises. What are your experiences with used gpus in general?
