Buy a 7900XT or wait?

I can't buy a 5000 series card, also there is no 4000 series card to be had any more. The only options are: buying 7900XT/XTX now (they are selling at a discount vs MSRP), wait for 9070XT and hope it's good and in stock, or wait for the 5070 ti and hope it's good (probably not) and in stick.

What do you think? I think 5070 will be a disappointment and am leaning towards waiting for 9070XT. I hope it won't be a paper launch like the 5000 series. I don't understand what Nvidia is doing. Stopping production of 4000 cards is fine, but at least have 5000 series in stock so customers can buy those instead!
