Should I wait to build a pc?

I'm really contemplating building a PC now while prices for graphics cards are currently pretty low. Or should I wait until Nvidia 4000 series, Ryzen 7000 series, and DDR5 all become readily available and cheaper. I've been running on a laptop for the past 4 years that can't run any games. (except for minecraft at 45 fps lol) I want to get into high resolution games (such as Microsoft flight simulator, GTA V, F1 2020, as well as my beloved Minecraft) Thanks in advance.
