Is Jerry Ricks creation?

Is the Morty wave a byproduct intra-dimensional incest? Why in all the infinite universes does every Rick have a Morty? Wouldn't that mean every Beth have a Jerry? Isn't it plausible that Beth was manipulated by Rick into being with Jerry and that Jerry was created or genetically altered to create Morty? If he used time travel to accomplish this could this be why he hates it so.
