Help a northerner out?

Also I'm so sorry y'all are having to deal with snow - the weather fairy was supposed to drop it off here and apparently missed their stop 🫤

I'm up in northern Idaho and last summer, I picked up a bag of frozen crawfish from the local traveling fish guy. It seemed like a delicious idea at the time, but once I got the bag home, it dawned on me that I actually have no idea what to do with the little critters 😅

They're already cooked, so presumably I can just heat and eat, but what do I eat them with? Also how does one peel a crawfish...?
