Clarity about LMIA to get 50 Points while on PGWP

Hi Good People,

I have been confused for the past 4 days when I created my EE profile and was surprised to learn that even though I have more than 1year of Canadian experience as an accountant, that I got 0 points for Arranged employment. I learned that I would have got 50 points for this areas if I was on LMIA permit and not PGWP that I'm currently using.

Having done English and got 10 in L, 9 in R, 9 in Writing and 8 in Speaking. My total scores are 512.

I have submitted a revaluation for CELPIP for W & Listening. but even if I get 10 in W and say 09 in Speaking. Still the scores will be too low compared to 539 Cut-off points for the recent draws.

my PGWP is still valid till May 2026. I'm wondering if it possible (and How) can I get the LMIA approved permit , using same Job that I have as an accountant and same employer so that I get these additional points.

Is it me that apply for LMIA and ask the employer to give me a supporting letter? Can I ask the employer to apply for me the LMIA permit? no other employees working here under LMIA, Most of them are PR & Citizens.

I think if it is legally accepted to convert PGWP to LMIA permit, then I should do that but I don't know the process and what I can ask /guide employer to do this for me.

I'm sorry I have written a lot trying to give context and clarity but I really need your help and guidance.
