Beneficial? Or Pest?

Found this on my plant, pretty sure it’s a lacewing but not too sure , sorry for shitty pic. Indoor seedlings waiting to be moved outside , I’ve seen these beforehand on my plants in previous years but unsure if local species vs typical green lacewing.

Strain Btw is Persian Triangle (Pakistani chitral Kush [F]xIraqi Triangle[M]), hopefully going to be running 8 seeds but they’re regular seeds so sexing and separating of plants will be done later when I can sex them.
