Does DD2 have regional pricing on Switch?

So I went to buy DD2 on switch but here in Australia it's $102 AUD. That's $23 higher than the average digital switch game here ($79 AUD) which I was not keen on paying. I recall DD1 had regional pricing so does DD2 have the same? If so which country has the cheapest price cause I'd love to get DD2 but not spending $102 pre-DLC
