Was I sold a lemon?

So last year I bought a 2018 Ford Focus from carmax. Since I’ve bought it it’s been in the shop at least 7 times. The most recent service was in May. Carmax had to cover the whole amount I owed due to me having a max care contract. Now less than 4 months later the car is stalling out on me and last night I got a message that my engine was overheated and I needed to stop the car. At this point I’m ready to just go to carmax and raise hell…any ideas what I should do or what should come next??
