What’s growing in my drosera?

I am brand new to this hobby (a few weeks.)

I obsessively mother my plants and I swear these weren’t visible yesterday.

Can someone tell me what they are and if I need to do anything about them?

I don’t like them visually, but if they’re supposed to be there, hey, it’s cool.
