Dark spot in my cat's eye.

He's a 9 year old male. I cannot take him to the vet right now, I live in Venezuela and the situation right now is pretty dire. I don't know if he's always had it, because he always has that face that makes it look like he hates you, you have to lift his "eyelid" in order to see it.

Do you think I should be worried about this? What do you guys think it could be?
