Cat food brands to avoid?

I’ve seen so many different things on what’s bad and what’s good. (Talking about wet food)

like fancy feast being really good but then it’s not because of the recalls? I’ve heard tiki cat isn’t okay, blue buffalo having too much fat in it.. same with tastefuls. I’ve heard very mixed things for purina pro plan, friskies being full of ash (apparently?). Weruva having no nutrition, beyond being the same as weruva, Royal Canin using more fillers than food, . So at this point is there any food That’s deemed as ok?

(Note: I am biased on all these and am generally just confused on all the opinions and dislikes or likes towards certain brands more than others)
