My Louie is an AGGRESSIVE purrer

i just wanted to know if that’s normal? his breathing is perfectly normal when he’s asleep or walking around or doing normal cat things, but once he starts purring it looks like his lungs are trying to escape. He doesn’t seem uncomfortable with it at all. And other than his purring being comparable to the frog balloon scene from shrek he’s completely normal and happy. You can see him start purring even harder when my dog comes over.
