Should I get CCNA or Bachelors?

Would a CCNA or a B.S Computer Science degree be more beneficial to my career. I plan on becoming a network engineer, network administrator, or something along those lines.

Right now I’m a Helpdesk Specialist and have experience configuring and managing Cisco and Juniper routers and switches and basic networking.
