The GOP trifecta will do their best to ensure millions lose their health coverage since that seems to be the conservative way. They have tried to ensure millions lose it since the ACA was put into place. They tried to do it in 2017 and only lost by 1 vote. The ACA has 59% favorability and 25% unfavorable.
