This will probably be my last post in here

Hopefully this helps some of you going through this , I ( had ) this for 4 or 5 months on going pain annoying as fuck worried about if I'll be able to have kids and if it would ever stop I was really in my head about this , I have a fobia of doctors as well so that doesn't help ,
After about 3 weeks of the pain I went to the hospital and was diagnosed with this and given antibiotics after about a month off of the antibiotics it started to get a little better but not completely still felt off so i decided to try some things , the stuff that helped me were stretches and physio therapy exercise I found online I found my pain radiated up into my hip/ upper groin area ,what I would do is use a tennis ball put it on the ground and plank on it and roll the ball back and forth in that area of pain with my body weight on it after doing this for a few minutes each day it made a world of difference I recommend giving it a go if u have similar pain in that area , I also started going to the gym really focusing on pelvic exercises or just really anything that can stretch that area , after a while I started to barely notice it , I went to the hospital again after about 2 months and eventually got an ultra sound , came up as normal thankfully and today i just found out that I'm going to be a dad
