Wrapper cracked and fell apart after a great start.

Just after this, the wrapper basically exploded and came off in pieces. Couldn’t get a draw after that. My humidor is 63-65%. Cigar was a Sam Cristobal Revelation Odyssey. Any advise? Thanks!
