Best PVP instant damage build for a mage?

I have a dream of being able to kill the opposing faction without having to stand around watching the "Frostbolt" loading bar.

Is there a good build for putting out the most damage with instant spells, or spells that take a short time to cast?

I have Frostbolt's cast time to a minimum with my current talent build but it's still kinda long IMO. Was hoping for a quicker-casting build that's still very effective with damage.
