First injection

Hello everyone, I posted on here earlier about being anxious to start.. i just did my first injection and I’m already so anxious. I feel like I might have a full blown panic attack, which I have suffered from before. I think I just need help calming down. I make myself believe I’m just going to drop dead from taking this or go into anaphylactic shock. If anyone could please give reassurance…
