First ever 5k!

Never normally post but love seeing everyone’s achievements so thought I’d share mine! I’m on W8 run 2, ran the 28 minutes but felt like I had some left in the tank so ran until the end of the cool down timer - managed to go 5.19km in total, completing the 5k in 31 mins 40 seconds. Not bad for my first ever 5k!!
