Rossi just got introduced, does he get better?

So I’m on episode 9 of season 3. Rossi has been on the show for 3 episodes so far. I really can’t stand him. He’s way too mean to the others. I get that it usually works out for him but I think he should be a bit nicer.

I watched like ten episodes of season five before starting the show and I don’t remember him being like this.

Does he stay like this the rest of the show?
