Issue with the Account payments

Hi all, I was on GI BIll during my time taking courses through CU Boulder's coursera program. I noticed that I have over $2k debt with them despite having the GI Bill that whole time, so now I'm wondering what the hell is going on? I shouldn't have to pay anything, let alone that much. Has anyone else had a similar issue?
