Men who have given up on dating, why?

I 25m personally gave up for a myriad of reasons but mostly because it’s just not for me and I’m probably too damaged to trust someone. Plus the landscape of dating makes it extremely hard due to accessibility of options any potential partner may have. Which means you have to virtually be perfect to stand out

Anyway the purpose of this was not to rant but to give a bit of insight as to why I gave up. I genuinely want to know why other men have given up
