Dating my manager

The past couple of months I’ve been secretly dating one of the managers at restaurant. We have a great relationship and spend most of our time together, especially at work. In recent time some have caught on and my partner has been worried about getting in trouble, so much that it’s putting a divide in our relationship? What should I do? Scared the anxiety and fear of us getting in trouble will destroy the relationship… :(
