Does Sequoia 15.3 create bugs ?

Last time I upgraded from sonoma to sequoia (a beta test version) I had a very problematic bug with Resolve. Each time I would close the software and open it again, it would ask me for my license key, after like 10 entry, it blocks me saying "u used that key too much" and then I had to contact blackmagic in order to be unblocked.

Is Sequoia 15.3 safe now ?
