'No Witness' killer challenge bugged?

Was playing Ghostface to get this challenge ticked off and each time I stabbed someone during his power I saw it flash up saying the challenge had progressed, I then saw the challenge flash up in yellow saying it had been completed after the third attack but after I get back to the lobby the challenge is back to 0/3.

Wondering if its a known bug or something?
