How I'd remake the current Skull Merchant

Well, since the previous version was (allegedly) a real problem and this one is really underpowered, i thought about a rework that could make her interesting:

  1. Tweak the hindered effect again from 5% to 10% (but the Skull Merchant maintain her speed as it is);
  2. Drones maintain only 1 scan line;
  3. There's no more cooldown between scans, so you can go from 0 scans to 3 scans really fast (if you crossed it 3 times, of course);
  4. Crouched survivors would still be immune to Scans

New Skill:

I'd exclude her ability to change de Scan Line rotation side and change it by an "Overdrive" skill (with cooldown) that, after a short delay (maybe 1 second) the Scanner would rotate REALLY fast a few times and tag you even when crouched.

The main idea is to maintain her reduced map presence (due to less scan lines) but pump her Anti-Loop potential. Going crouched to deactivate drones would become a little bit scarier due to the risk of a random activation of Overdrive.
