NOED opinions?

As a killer main I've always been avert to using NOED purely because I think it's unbalanced and makes the game less fair for survivors. I'm trying to climb ranks though, and I sometimes I just wish I had it for endgame collapse or those toxic survivors.

Should I give it a go or will I be a classified asshole?
