Deluxe edition CD/Vinyl discs?

I was admiring my dads Depeche Mode CD collection and started to play some of them. But I quickly realize that some songs that I play on Spotify in the same album aren't there. It turns out that the albums on Spotify is Deluxe albums and not the original. One good example is Shake The Disease, it's apparently on a B-side of black celebration.

I got a bit frustrated and decided to look up where I can buy deluxe CD or vinyl discs, but there was nothing to buy. Does anyone have any knowledge about deluxe discs (Where to buy or if they even exist). I would be absolutely cheerful if you shared that knowledge with me :)
