Caring for depressing wife, exhausted

Hello, just this post to get some advice. Married for 12y now and the last 10year was me caring for our three child and my wife. Short story she have ptsd and depression from being raped by her grand pa when she was a child. She was not axare of it and iam the one who discovered it. After ten yeasr iam exhausted and started to have a depression myself. I asked for separation to keeo energy for my health keeping care of my child, they need me. Now she is completely devastated and last thing she accidently destroyed my father car because she was overwhelmed with her feeling. She talk about suicide etc. Iam feeling guilty but my other choice was to keep going and destroying my mental health. Currently crying typing that. I just need a gentle words.
