Need suggestions!

I want to buy a few samples and decants and I found them on this website scentoria. Having seen quite a number of people with sour experiences from buying decants, I thought of seeking advice from the fragrance community. Is it safe to buy from them? How have your experiences been? And if god forbid there’s any issue in the purchase how is the customer service?
