when did you see results from a no sugar diet

i know it’s too early to tell but i’m on day three and im stressing because i need to lose weight. i’m planning on doing a no added sugar diet for 2 weeks. i’m also planning on doing 30 minutes of pilates everyday, walking for an hour a day, along with 3 days a week of intense cardio. I mainly just want to get rid of stubborn fat like facial fat (i heard a no sugar diet is good for that) and lose weight in general.
