I hate ramekins

When I worked dish sometimes when I'd be washing the ramekins I'd spray one of them at the wrong angle and I'd have ketchup or tartar sauce spray on my face or into my mouth 😭 it was so gross. I can't even look at tartar sauce anymore without thinking about it. Has this happened to anyone else or am I just dumb

Edit: I appreciate y'all giving me advice on how to avoid this problem but I'm not a dishwasher anymore lol
