The whole Ruby Sunday thing really did come to nothing, didn’t it?

I’m watching S1 / S14 again before the next Christmas special and I’ve been reminded of the fact that the “legend” and mystery of Ruby Sunday came to nothing.

I’m not saying that Ruby should have been the second coming of Jesus Christ, but don’t place so much importance on her (the snow appearing randomly, the coincidences) just to make her and her mother ordinary.
