Decent Residential Towers in Business Bay

Hi Folks, my office will be in Al Manara tower, Business Bay and I am looking for a studio apartment near by (within 1km so that I don't have to take any transportation to work).

1. Can you suggest decent residential buildings/communities in Business Bay near by Al Manara tower?
   Executive Towers seem like a great option but they have limited studio inventory. The Google reviews of the nearby buildings (like Merano Towers) are not great as people have complained about ongoing construction works, noise, hygiene, rude security n all.

2. Also, I have been told that prices of the studios and 1BRs reduce after March, particularly during summers.
   Any idea about the current rent for a decent studio and expected rent in summers will also be helpful. I checked real estate listing sites, but they are still showing peak season rent.
