Titan Pocket concerns

I owned my Jellyphone for 8 months. Today, the navigation buttons died (again). I could get the screen changed again, but I honestly don’t think I am the target audience for this phone and would rather just maybe sell it to someone who can fix it and move on. I also have a visual impairment, and had been planning to use all the voice features on my jellyphone, but apparently no programs can understand my accent so I had to rely on my crappy eyes to text/ navigate which was a nightmare on a 3in screen. Voice commands are how I have been using all my phones for the past few years so I was surprised I had such a hard time on my Jellyphone.

I am considering getting the Titan Pocket but am a little nervous to buy from Unihertz again. My top priorities are accessibility and fighting phone addiction. I want to use messaging apps, music, gps, a web browser, and that is pretty much it. My only other thing is I want a phone that will last at least 3-4 years.

I watched a bunch of video reviews, read amazon reviews, and just generally looked around to hear what people had to say, and I am not really seeing much from people who have used the phone for a year or longer. Plus, I am seeing mixed reviews on the quality of the product.

One thing I am seeing is that Unihertz is working on releasing a 5G phone in each collection. I almost feel like it might be wise to wait until they have a 5G Titan, but I don’t see any announcements for such a thing yet (pls feel free to correct me if i am wrong).

Everyone I am talking to tells me to buy a “normal” phone and just dumb it down, but that only addresses concerns like phone addiction, not the torment of trying to use a phone when your eyes aren't working well. The idea of being able to long-press certain letter keys to pull up specific apps sounds life changing lol. You would not believe how annoying it is to find any app that has a blue logo with a white/ yellow thing in the middle of it. I misclick constantly.

Is there anyone out there who has owned this phone for a year or more that can let me know what they think? Are there other phones out there that I am not aware of that would work for me just as well?
