Not Refunded for Cancelled Shipping labels

I have had a few order cancellations after I have packaged the item and printed the shipping label. I’ll cancel the shipping label on eBay but never receive the credit. Yes, it’s within the allotted timeframe. I talked to the post office - they say talk ti eBay. eBay no response. Is this happening to anyone else? Any suggestions?
