Custom display for ebike

Im building a custom ebike and im trying to figure out how I can display my motor and battery data onto a screen. Im using a 7070 motor from flipsky with a fesc 75100 pro. For my battery im using a daly bms 16s60v which looks like it doesn’t have any ports (just a NTC-A). Just wondering how others have set up their displays.
