Too soon, Stace?

Martin is gone. Stacey will leave the Square, for a time, out of grief...or possibly from a Bipolar episode. In reality, for Lacey's maternity leave.

When she comes back though, Stacey is not going to stay single forever. So, who will be the next love of her life?

Will it be a new character, or someone already on the Square?

There are some eligible bachelors and Stacey and Martin weren't love at first sight. Theirs was a very slow burn in the beginning and actually a bit of a random getting together, no matter what Martin was saying there at the end.

So, the possibilities are:

Teddy, Harry, Zack, Jay, Phil (Kush was interchangeable between Kat and Stacey, so no one is off-limits) and of course, more characters could return or be up for grabs. I'm saying no to Ian, but George, Max, Peter, could Ryan return, Jack would make a lot of sense...it was only a few months ago that he was declaring his undying love for Stacey, but then they just dropped that abruptly and with no resolution. I also swear it won't work with Denise. When he's older, I don't think Ricky Jr. will be safe, there's Vinny, Ravi...or will her next love be a brand new character?
