Advice on whether to buy 2020 ecoboost premium

Hi! I'm looking at buying my first mustang and found one that I was interested in. Low miles and at a good price ($16,500) but it has a rebuilt title from an accident on the passenger rear/side. The car is in Texas and I live in MN so I ordered an inspection with pomcar. The inspector noted some issues with the body work (orange peel, some sanding marks, trunk closes but not lined up as it should). He also noted road noise coming from the passenger side. Should this be enough to walk away from the car? Mechanically the car checked out but I don't know what all goes into a rear corner collision repair and if they did a shoddy paint job is the work under the paint shoddy too.

Also, the rear seats are cloth, aren't all the seats supposed to be leather in a mustang premium?

I'd appreciate any thoughts, I've never bought anything other than 10 year old cars for under 4k before, so I don't want to make a mistake for my first big car purchase. Thanks!
